Enclosure Mounting
Enclosure Mounting
Enclosures must be solidly installed in dry well vented environment; may be flush mounted or surface mounted. Surface mounted enclosures should be installed on a ¾’’ plywood reinforced wall. Flush mounted enclosures need to be affixed between stud bays. For best results, 5/8in. (16mm) drywall is preferred.
- Refer to maximum weight capacity.
- Consult our website for driver measurements and weight.
- Enclosures are intended for indoor use only. Dry location only.
- Enclosures house equipment that requires being air-cooled, mount in a well-ventilated area.
- The ambient temperature range is 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°).
- The relative humidity range is 10% to 90% (non-condensing).
- Allow adequate clearance in front of the vented cover for servicing and ventilation.
Electrical Distribution
- Enclosure must be wired by a certified low voltage installer in accordance with all local codes.
- Enclosure should be grounded as per local and national electrical codes.
- Never load electrical breakers at more then 80% capacity.
- Calculate AC amperage consumption to determine appropriate electrical requirements and electrical distribution in each enclosures.
- Use 12/2 cable for external electrical distribution.
- Use copper conductors only – rated at 60°C.
- Low voltage and AC should be run within the enclosure separately.
- If more than one circuit is necessary in a same enclosure, use the same electrical phase.

Component Configuration
- Refer to our website for specifications regarding maximum weight capacity.
- Keep AC separated from low voltage using our included bracket lacing.
- Use provided nylon grommets to protect any wires from damage at top and bottom of enclosure.
- Leave space between drivers for aeration purpose.
