    Pre Wire

    • Review lighting designs and reflected ceiling plan to determine the fixture types and locations
    • Install pre-construction housings and plates
    • Pull the appropriate cable to the location required 
    • Mount the enclosures
    • (Optional) Terminate CAT cables with RJ45 ends and verify cables

    Any trimless fixtures or LED tracks must be installed immediately after dry wall is hung and before mud and taping begin.


    Trim Out

    • Install light engines and trims 
    • Install LED tapes and tracks
    • Populate enclosures with drivers, power supplies, and other hardware
    • Make all DMX wiring connections
    • (Optional) Test all drivers in run2 mode


    Commissioning

    • Assign DMX addresses to all decoders, following any supplied enclosure diagrams if applicable
    • Connect GATEway-1DMX to the local network 
    • Power on all equipment and verify all decoders are receiving DMX signals
    • Access the GATEway-IDX via the web interface and begin configuration
    • Follow the configuration guide for final steps and testing
    • Integrate with 3rd party control system
