Background

The 3 Brewers' story began over 100 years ago in Lille, France when three brewers joined forces to create a brewery that would grow to become one of the most important in the country. In 1985, the descendants of the original founders opened their first neighborhood microbrewery – long before anyone had even heard of a “microbrewery” or “craft beer.” Each of their neighborhood locations truly pays homage to the past – when each village had its own brewer. While their passion for beer remains unchanged, they do embrace change when it elevates the customer experience.

The Challenges

Restaurants in heavily populated suburban areas or major cities face heavy competition, whether they are small or part of a well-known chain. In collaboration with the Colorbeam design team, the 3 Brewers Restaurants developed a concept that allowed for multiple zones to be controlled independently to create sectional lighting and mood settings. 

Over the course of the last few years, 3 Brewers Restaurant Group has standardized on Colorbeam’s innovative lighting solution for all renovated and new build locations across Eastern Canada. The solution offers dynamic lighting options and features, reliability, and ease of use for our staff.

The Result

The 3 Brewers stated that Colorbeam Lighting allowed them to completely change the environment of their restaurant at the press of a button. The new lighting solution has enhanced the customer experience and increased customer retention. 

Since implementing the Colorbeam Lighting solution, the 3 Brewers have exceeded their objectives regarding market share, average customer stay, and developing an expanded customer base. They are now considered the preeminent restaurant/sports bar brand in the market.
